Cancelling Your Reservation

You may cancel your reservation up to 7 (seven) days prior to your check-in date please note that your refund is subject to a 3% credit card fee.

• Please note that we won’t be able to refund or transfer your deposit if your reservation is within the penalty If you have made a prepayment, we will retain the first night plus tax.
• If you don’t show we will retain the full amount of the reservation
• Full Payment must be submitted 14 days prior to arrival in order to confirm a room number. We do not guarantee bed types only room types.

Modifying Your Reservation

• Please note that in a change of the length of your reservation may result in a rate change.
• No changes to the reservation will be allowed during your stay. Remaining part of the stay will be applied to future reservations. No Refunds
• Minimum stay requirements may be imposed for holidays and special events. On these occasions early check-outs will be charged for the duration of the special period.
